CALENDAR OF EVENTS AND IMPORTANT NEWS Student Research Seminar Series Every year in the spring and summer, the Program in Membrane Biology organizes a series of talks presented by students, to students -- the Student Research Seminar Series. These seminars are scheduled on Fridays, from 12-1 PM, and lunch is served. We thank the School of Medicine and the Graduate School for funding the series.
Students from all graduate programs on campus are encouraged to attend, and, if they are willing, to present their research in this informal series. Many students use this venue to help prepare talks for their thesis proposals or defenses.
The seminar series runs from early February through the middle of July, to allow as many students who wish to present their data.
